Home Healthcare Division Return & Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Claims for shortages, breakages, manufacturer defects or any other reason must be make within 48 hours of receipt. Shipping containers must be kept if shipment is damaged or short.
All other returns must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be returned at the customer’s expense in the original packaging.
- The item must be in new, unused condition—no cracks, scratches, etc.
- A Return Authorization (RA) must be requested within 2 days of delivery, by calling 1-800-876-1113.
- Once in receipt of the RA, the product must be returned within 5 days to receive a refund.
- A 15% Restocking Fee is required to return items.
Non-Returnable Products:
Certain products, such as raised toilet seats, commodes, erection aids, incontinence items, wound care products, etc. may not be returned due to hygiene issues.
Credits and Refunds:
We will credit your purchase by credit card, less shipping and restocking fee (if applicable) once the product is received and it is in like new condition.Â
Order Cancellations:
If you have placed an order with us and need to cancel it, please contact us immediately at 716-875-1113. We will make every attempt to stop your order from shipping; however, we cannot guarantee that it hasn’t shipped. Normal cancellation fee is 6% if your order has been processed. If your order has shipped, you will be responsible for the shipping charges to you and the return to us. This will be considered a return and treated accordingly. Orders for non-returnable products cannot be cancelled once shipped.Â
